摘要:
粒计算(granular computing)是当前计算智能研究领域中模拟人类思维和解决复杂问题的新方法.它覆盖了所有有关粒度的理论、方法和技术,是复杂问题求解、海量数据挖掘、模糊信息处理的有效工具.首先回顾了粒计算研究和发展状况,介绍了粒计算的基本组成和问题,综述了粒计算的基本模型和方法,并讨论了它们之间的相互关系,最后探讨了构建统一的粒计算模型、复杂问题空间的粒化、粒层之间的转换、高效的粒计算方法、新的粒计算模型、动态粒计算模型、自主粒计算模型、粒计算方法的模糊化以及粒计算模型的应用和推广等几个方面的关键问题.
Abstract:
In the field of computational intelligence, granular computing (GrC) is a new wa y to simulate human thinking to help solve complicated problems. GrC involves al l the theories, methodologies and techniques of granularity, providing a powerfu l tool for the solution of complex problems, massive data mining, and fuzzy info rmation processing. In this paper, first the current situation and the developme nt prospects of GrC are introduced, then the fundamental and existing problems r elated to GrC are presented and its basic models and methods summarized. Finally, some future research topics about GrC are presented, such as, uniform g ranular computing model, granulation of complex problem space, transformation be tween granule spaces, efficient granular computing algorithm, novel granular com puting model, dynamic granular computing model, datadriven granular computing m odel, fuzzy granular computing method, and the applications of granular computin g models, etc.

王国胤,男,1970年生,教授,博士生导师,博士,上海交通大学、西安交通大学、西南交通大学、电子科技大学和西安电子科技大学兼职教授,国际粗糙集学会常务理事兼顾问委员会主席,IEEE高级会员,中国人工智能学会常务理事兼粗糙集与软计算专业委员会主任委员,中国计算机学会人工智能与模式识别专业委员会常务理事,重庆计算机学会副理事长,重庆市人工智能学会副理事长,《Transactions on Rough Sets》、《International Jou rnal of Cognitive Informatics & Natural Intelligence》、《计算机学报》等6种学术期刊的编委.王国胤教授组织召开了10个国际国内学术会议,并担任会议主席或共同主席,是10多个系列性国际学术会议的程序委员会委员,应邀在MSRAS2004、RSGrC2007、PReMI200 7、IECT2007等国际会议,以及CRSSC2002、CAAI2005、CNNC2006等全国会议上作特邀报告. 主持国家自然科学基金、国家863计划等20多项国家级、省部级科研项目.获重庆市自然科学二等奖、三等奖各1次,他领导的重庆邮电大学计算机科学与技术研究所2002年荣获首届“重庆市十大杰出青年群体”荣誉称号.在国内外主要学术刊物和学术会议上发表200多篇,其中被国际权威检索刊物SCI、EI等收录130多篇(次),论著被他人引用1400多次.出版学术专著2部.
