作者简介: 徐立中,男, 1958年生,教授,博士生导师,计算机及信息工程学院副院长,通信与信息系统工程研究所所长, 中国电子学会高级会员,中国计算机学会高级会员,中国神经网络委员会委员,江苏省电子学会信号与线路专业委员会委员,江苏省计算机学会人工智能专业委员会委员,江苏省制造业信息化示范工程咨询专家组专家,主要研究方向为信息获取与处理、遥测遥控、智能信息系统. 主持和完成8项国家和省部级科技计划项目, 10余项测控系统和设备的研制工作,曾获江苏省科技进步二等奖2项,三等奖4项,获国家发明专利3项,实用新型专利6项,计算机软件著作权证书2项, 发表学术论文100余篇,出版著作4部.
石爱业,男, 1969年生,讲师,主要研究方向为信息融合、图像处理与分析、遥感技术应用. 发表学术论文10余篇,出版专著1部.
黄凤辰,男, 1964年生,副研究员, 中国电子学会高级会员,主要研究方向为遥测遥控、信号处理与系统. 获国家专利4项,发表学术论文10余篇.
