摘要:
结合带钢连续轧制过程控制系统的特点,提出基于多智能体理论的控制方法. 将多智能体理论应用于连续轧制过程的控制之中,给出了基于多智能体轧制过程的控制系统架构,并对多智能体控制系统的划分机制、协调机制和模型结构等关键问题进行了分析和研究,提出一套基于多智能体的带钢连续轧制过程控制系统的全新控制结构.该系统有利于建立轧制流程的广义集成模型,消除控制系统之间的耦合关系,实现连续轧制生产的高度自动化和智能化.
Abstract:
This paper describes a multiAgent control system for a strip rolling process. In order to realize distributed intelligent control of the system, multiAgent theory was applied after analyzing the characteristics and structure of its cont rol system. Then a control strategy based on multiAgent interaction was design ed. Finally, the partition method, the coordination mechanism, and the model str ucture of the multiAgent control system for the strip rolling process were ana lyzed. The paper concludes with a new control structure and system for strip rol ling processes, which help to build up the generally integrated model, to elimi nate the coupling among control systems, and to realize the more intelligentized control .
