摘要:
针对当前信息系统的系统结构僵化,企业模型适应度差的问题,提出了一种基于组织学习的企业决策框架。深入地阐述了Norm的有关概念,从Norm的视角详述了该框架的内容、工作流程以及其中的企业Norm管理系统—EDN、Norm的组织符号学分析、Norm库的设计以及一种基于Norm的改进型产生式规则。为了实现对企业Norm的学习,该框架利用企业Norm作为决策环节,结合基于遗传算法的机器学习分类器系统对企业Norm进行编码、分类、融合、学习和验证。最后结合某制造企业的采购环节对该框架进行了设计及应用。
Abstract:
In view of rigidity of the system structure and poor enterprise model fitness in the current information system, an enterprise decision framework based on the organizational learning is proposed. The issues deeply expounds the related concepts of Norm, and details the content and working process of the framework, and the management system of enterprise Norm, organizational semiotics analysis, the design of Norm library and improved production rules from the perspective of Norm. The framework uses enterprise Norm as a link in decision-making, in combination with classifier system of machine learning based on genetic algorithm to encode, classify, fuse, study and validate the enterprise Norm. Finally, the framework is designed and applied by combination with a purchase link in a manufacturing enterprise.
