摘要:
舌下静脉是中医舌诊中一个重要的诊断依据. 介绍了使用近红外舌下静脉图像采集仪采集到的近红外舌下静脉图像,并提出了从这种近红外舌下静脉图像中提取出舌下静脉轮廓的方法. 根据所采集到的近红外舌下静脉图像的特点,首先使用基于分水岭的射线法获得舌下区域整体轮廓,去除舌下区域周围的干扰信息. 然后使用动态灰度阈值法在已获得的有效舌下区域进行二值化,并结合近红外舌下静脉图像的灰度特征确定舌下静脉候选区域. 进而根据舌下静脉区域的灰度一致性,进行自适应地区域生长,并获得最终静脉轮廓. 实验结果表明,该方法能有效地分离舌下静脉与周边的舌质背景,并能准确定位舌下静脉的完整边界.
Abstract:
The condition of the sublingual vein is one of the most important diagnostic criteria in tongue diagnosis. A segmentation method that allows better identification of sublingual veins from near2infrared sublingual images is p roposed in this paper. The radial p rojection method, based on the watershed algorithm, is first app lied to acquire the entire contour of the sublingual region, removing the interference of useless background surrounding the tongue body. Dynamic threshold is then utilized to comp lete the binarization of the newly defined sublingual region, and further confirm the candidate sublingual vein regions by considering intensity features of the near infrared sublingual vein image. Finally, region growing is iteratively performed, restricted by the original intensity feature of the near infrared sublingual image, to trace the contour of sublingual veins. Experimental results revealed that the p roposed method effectively isolates the sublingual veins and the surrounding tongue p roper, and p recisely traces the bounda2 ry of the sublingual veins.
