Conflict of Interests
¡¡¡¡Authors need to ensure that the content of the submitted paper does not infringe upon the rights and interests of others, especially the rights of intellectual property. The research work has not been influenced by any organization or individual. If there is a potential conflict of interest, the author should declare it in detail such as the funding and assistance received for the research and the legitimacy of the data collection. Authors can provide names of potential peer reviewers they wish to exclude from consideration in the submission process.
¡¡¡¡Reviewers shall cease to review the manuscript when they find that they have a conflict of interest with the author, and inform the editorial board immediately so that the paper can be sent to another reviewer.
Editorial Independence
¡¡¡¡Objectivity and neutrality shall be enforced in the processing of the manuscript. The acceptance of the paper should be based on reviewers¡¯comments on the overall scientific quality and originality of the paper and whether the paper fits the scope of the journal. If editors have a conflict of interest with the author, they shall not be involved in the processing of the author¡¯s academic work.
