- Abstract:
- In regard to the phenomenon that it is difficult for the existing extension strategy generating system to analyze a contradiction problem, this paper discusses the ontology knowledge and the decision tree technology being utilized to jointly establish an ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree. The authors present the establishment process for the model of ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, research the application of the ontology knowledge expanded analysis tree in extension strategy generation, analyze the features of the ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree using the designed algorithm, and find the core problem of contradiction. Finally, an experiment is done with improving a customer’s value as example. The results show that, in comparison with the traditional generation system of expandable strategy, carrying out expandable transform for the related characteristics of the core problem may more effectively generate strategies to solve contradiction problems.
