在适应性弹性理论的基础上,建立了关于多场耦合作用下骨的适应性重建行为的数学模型,用来研究骨组织的智能化重建问题.给出了压电骨质材料在受到轴向和径向力、电载荷和磁载荷作用下智能化重建的控制方程,分别用来分析骨组织的内部重建和表面重建问题.采用基于状态空间法得到的半解析解来分析复杂的非均匀骨质材料.并且首次将骨的内部重建和表面重建联合起来考虑,从而可以更好的模拟骨的重建行为. 给出了不同载荷下,骨的智能化重建行为的具体算例,并且分析了径向压力、电场和磁场对骨的重建行为的影响.结果表明,电磁场等外界载荷对骨的重建行为有着显著的影响,这些效应可以被利用来更好地控制骨的重建行为.

The bone remodeling process is investigated theoretically and experime ntally within the framework of extended adaptive elasticity. Coupling between in ternal and surface remodeling is considered to better simulate the bone remodeli ng process. The interactions of multifield loading, including transverse press u re, electrical fields, and magnetic fields, are taken into account when simulati ng bone remodeling. A semianalytical solution based on the statespace method w as used to analyze the remodeling process of inhomogeneous bone materials subjec ted to multifield loading. Numerical examples are presented to verify the prop o sed theoretical model for coupled internal and surface bone remodeling under mec hanical and electromagnetic loading. The results are in contrast to former work which did not consider coupling between internal and surface remodeling. The mag nitude of electrical field changes is found to be lower and the remodeling time is significantly shorter. This implies that the coupling between internal and su rface remodeling plays an important role in the bone remodeling process. On the other hand, the results show that environmental loading can change the structure and properties of bone tissues.
