刘国安,男,1983年生,助理研究员,博士研究生,主要研究方向为智能优化算法理论及应用.参与国家自然科学基金项目1项,发表学术论文5篇,其中被EI检索4篇. 
肖婧,女,1985年生,讲师,博士,主要研究方向为智能信息处理、智能优化算法理论及应用.承担辽宁省教育厅项目1项、辽宁省科技厅博士科研启动基金项目1项,发表学术论文7篇,其中被SCI检索2篇、EI检索4篇.
