深刻理解传染病在社会群体中的传播规律、计算机病毒在因特网上的扩散过程是复杂系统和传染病动力学领域研究的一个热点问题.主要从复杂网络的拓扑结构和流行病的感染机制2个方面综述了当前国内外传播动力学研究的现状和最新进展,探讨了传播动力学在疾病预防与免疫中的应用,最后指出值得进一步研究的问题.例如带社区、层次结构的加权演化模型,动态网络结构下的疾病传播行为和微观感染机制等.

Analysis of the spread of infectious diseases within social populations and the processes used by computer viruses to diffuse on the Internet are active areas of study. They involve complex systems and the dynamics of epidemics. Related research, including progress in understanding epidemic dynamics, was reviewed in light of the topological structures of complex networks and the mechanisms of infection in epidemics. The application of epidemic dynamics to disease prevention and control was also explored. Several problems needing further study were pointed out, such as weighted evolution model of community or hierarchy, the spread of diseases within dynamic network configuration, micromechanisms of infection in epidemics and so on.

刘忠信,男,1975年生,博士,副教授.主要研究方向为复杂网络与多智能体系统.获得省部级科技进步奖1项,发表学术论文30余篇.
陈增强,男,1964年生,教授,博士生导师.教育部新世纪人才,中国系统仿真学会理事,中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会委员,中国自动化学会过程控制专业委员会委员,中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会复杂系统专业委员会理事.主要研究方向为智能预测控制、非线性鲁棒控制、混沌系统与复杂网络.获得省部级科技进步奖4次,发表学术论文80余篇.
